The product, in the report: Kitchenaid Artisan series freestanding gas range
We bought a Kitchenaid Artisan gas stove and when using it the knobs get so hot that they have burned my fingers. We have small grandchildren and are very concerned that they will get burned by these knobs. we have only had the stove for a week and while it works well, I don’t like getting my fingers burned each time I use the oven and the stove top
