The product, in the report: LG is saying that the warranty does not cover the glass inside the oven door and that we must have done something to cause the glass to break. LGs customer service was deplorable!! They put my husband on hold for over an hour and then said they would call us back after they spoke with a supervisor. They did call back and immediately hung up when we said hello. The resolve is LG wants us to pay $425 for them to send a technician to determine if it was a defect with the product .

I bought this oven 4 months ago. It is a LG ThinQ oven. I have maybe used it 4-5 times since it was purchased. A few weeks ago after I finished cooking some chicken and turned the oven off. A few minutes later I heard cracking noise in the kitchen and then a POP. When I opened the door to the oven the inside glass had shattered.

My best friend and husband both reached out to Home Depot and they said that we had to contact the manufacturer. We have a warranty on the oven, however LG is saying that the warranty does not cover the glass inside the oven door and that we must have done something to cause the glass to break.

I am extremely disappointed with this product and WILL NOT purchase another appliance from this company again. #LGAppliances #dontbuyfromlg @highlight
