The product, in the report: Frigidaire Smooth Top Stove
My frigidaire smooth top stove sn#vf71840371 Modell # fefl79gsa is not included in a recall, but it is doing the same thing. The large left burner does not turn off and the temperature cannot be regulated. Yesterday same burner never turned off and was discovered 4 hours later. This has been a constant problem. Trying to remove the switch yesterday to repair, it shorted several times and tripped the breaker. This stove is unsafe and I refuse to use anymore. Back in 2008, I purchased this stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher.....all Frigidaire products. Looks like I’ll be buying a new stove today...and it will not be a Frigidaire.
