The product, in the report: Samsung Bespoke Electric Dimensions, 29 15/16” W x 36 1/4” H (adjustable) x 27 7/8”
I ordered a Samsung Electronic stove, Model NSE6Dg8300SRAA, after reading this was a safe stove as the knobs have to be pushed in to turn the range on. They made a deceptive claim. The control panel where all the other controls are listed, such as stove, oven light, broil, etc. turn on when you lean against them while cooking. And, in my case, when I reach to use the microwave the control board also turns on. You have to lock the panel to avoid this from happening. To make it extremely dangerous, as I used the stop top, if by accident I lightly leaned on the knob on the burner I was using to cook on, the knob turns to a higher setting. There is no warning the setting was changed. I have burnt two expensive pots plus what I was cooking. I had a service tech come to my home on two occasions. I have attached two copies of the service calls. The first time the tech thought the problem was in the electronics within the control board. He returned and replaced the part, and was surprise it did not fix the problem of the control board easily turning on. He called the number tech repair people call for options to fix the problem. To his surprise the answer was to turn to page 27 in the manual to learn how to lock the control board and to be sure to lock my range before he left. 1. This was never mentioned in any literature you had to lock and keep unlocking for any settings. 2. You have to go online and find the instructions on page 27, to get the directions. Not everyone uses a computer. In addition, From [REDACTED], Samsung Bespoke range knobs turning to different temperatures often stems from accidental knob activation, misaligned dual element settings. This, again was never mentioned to me. This stove is horrible. I have tried to live with it, but when the knobs turned to a higher temperature while I was cooking, and I didn’t realize it, this could have started a fire, plus it also burnt my expensive [REDACTED] pots.
