The product, in the report: LG range..model number....LSEL6335FE.BRSLLGA.....serial number...401KMPF1G368

My wife was cooking on the LG stove with the left burner and then the right burner came on while she cooking which set some oil on fire which we were able to extinguish. We took videos later on how that burner turns on even though the knob is off. We called LG on multiple occasions. At first they set up an appointment with a appliance service. We couldn’t be home in the time frame the service company could be at our home. Since then LG hasn’t reached out to us after multiple calls. This company needs to replace this stove due to the high risk of fire
