The product, in the report: LDE4413ST Range Oven Serial Number 401KMTL11633
The stove knobs move, the inside has rust and the self-clean system malfunctions The knobs do start when pet goes near, they are loose, but the overall product is damaged with rust inside and the self-clean is malfunctioning. I have been reporting since late August 2024 to LG. Already had tech determine I need replacement.
Whenever I call warranty dept. they say the matter is with engineering. I have paid for the stove install and haven’t not had a stove to use since August 2024 - still waiting for warranty to be honored. Called LG one last time before mailing this complaint on March 11, 2025. Was told that defects were cosmetic and will not honor warranty. Will never buy or use an LG product again. Sold a defective product and refused replacement.
