  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 15, 2026, sent to the company Jan 21, 2026, published by CPSC Feb 10, 2026

The product, in the report: LG Model: LREL6325F Product code: FRSLLGA 30” Household Electric range. Stainless Steel. Purchased new at Warner Stellian for $999.99. Serial #: 301MMTJ06009

LG model LREL6325F / FRSLLGA electric range - every time we have run the self-clean feature, we have found flakes as small as a grain of sand to larger pieces the width of a pencil and an inch to two inches long of blue glass enamel. The concern is that we will have shavings in our food when we use the oven at regular temperatures. Contacted LG who stated I would need to have a repair person come out for a flat fee of $400 before they would do anything for me. They also informed me that the glass enamel lining is not covered by warranty and it is not something that could be repaired or replaced. So I would have to use my oven at my own risk as they would not do anything for me. I am hoping we haven’t ingested any glass particles.

The product, in the report: LG electric range , stainless steel , Wi-Fi ,,air fryer, proof

The racks in the oven collapsed in the stove. This has happened all the time that we have wrapped tin foil around them to make the racks larger . I am sure that perhaps the inside walls of the oven have expanded. It is extremely dangerous because the grease from the pans splatters all over. When my husband contacted them to let them know the racks were not wide enough they sent us one rack the exact same size. Still have the issue. He even sent them a video of it happening and you can see the racks are not wide enough. But now they have stopped responding to us. Christmas prime rib ending on the bottom of the oven. Did receive grease splatter on hands but was able to take care of this on our own. It is like they dont care. If one of my grandchildren get hurt while we are baking goodies Im going to be extremely angry. I paid good money for this stove
