The product, in the report: GIHETKUT Double Induction Cooktop, 110V Electric Cooktop 2300W Electric Stove Top with 2 Burner Independent Control, Ultrathin Body, 9 Temperature, Multiple Power Levels, 2 Hour Timer, Safety Lock. Amazon listing https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BB6WPSC8?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 Black color, approximate size 12”x20”x3”
I purchased the “GIHETKUT Double Induction Cooktop, 110V Electric Cooktop 2300W Electric Stove Top with 2 Burner Independent Control, Ultrathin Body, 9 Temperature, Multiple Power Levels, 2 Hour Timer, Safety Lock” from Amazon. This stove came with a 15amp cord and plug. We plugged it into a Kill-a-watt watt meter to see if it produced the 2300watt in the listing. It maxed out at 2040watts, which is 17amps. That exceeds the rating of the plug, making this stove dangerous. In addition, it made horrible squealing sounds when the burners were turned on. Nowhere on the stove does it say that it is UL listed.
