The product, in the report: GE Advantium 120 built in microwave, convection, and speed cook oven

GE Advantium Oven spontaneously caught fire when not in use. We work from home, smelled smoke and traced it to our GE Advantium Oven. The oven was too hot to touch, including parts that do not heat while in use (though it was not in use). We unplugged the oven and it cooled down and the smoke smell went away.
