The product, in the report: Black and silver GE 30-in Glass Top 4 burners 5.3-cu ft Freestanding Electric Range.
I brought a stove two years ago and on Sunday which was December 7th was my first time using the self cleaning option. During the self cleaning process my oven glass door shattered inside my oven. I called the manufacturer and ask them to replace stove since it is obviously a malfunction within in the stove. They denied me stating I have to pay for the glass to be covered, which it is not my fault.
