The product, in the report: Frigidaire - 5.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Range - Stainless steel
The outer glass on my Frigidaire electric oven (5.3 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Electric Range; Model: FCRE3052AS) shattered while I was cooking a dish at 350 degrees. I opened the oven door to check on the dish, and the glass suddenly shattered. There was glass covering my kitchen floor that took days to completely clean up.

The product, in the report: LG EasyClean Smooth Surface 5-Element 6.3-cu ft Self-Cleaning Convection Freestanding Electric Range (Stainless Steel)
I purchased my LG range from Home Depot about five years ago. Within the last month the large burner is turning on when I turn on the smaller burner, it happens randomly, also when I am using the large burner the temperature fluctuates without adjusting the temp on the panel. The large burner on the right stopped turning on at all and now the left stopped turning on and the right is doing what the left side was. I went on to LG website and noticed there is a recall, my range does not fall within the serial number of the ones listed because its newer than those but my range is having the same issue. Id like to LG to include my range in this recall due to my range having the same issues. I have pictures of the burner on and off at the panel if you would like I can email the pictures showing you. I paid a lot of money and its only five years old. My model # is LRE3083ST Serial # 309KMDS0A322; I contacted LG via email and live chat they stated my range is not included in the recall and to call a technician. After reviewing the reviews on this item I have noticed many other consumers having the same issue. No one has been harmed just very concerned as this is a safety issue and is being experienced by others. LG is aware of this issue as they have recalled older models with the exact same problem.
