The product, in the report: electric oven

My Fisher and Paykel oven model OS 302 serial number EYM802843 had an electrical fire in it! I had it pre heating to a temp of 300F when it started arcing. It was very scary. Everything that was silver in it is now black. I bought the oven for $1054 in 2005. This is not the first trouble or the first oven. The oven was completely replaced within the first year because the heat on the clean cycle didn’t turn off and very nearly burnt the house down. The oven was replaced and failed again the next time I used the clean cycle. This is a dangerous oven!
