The product, in the report: Silver electric oven by cosmo
My cosmo oven glass exploded while broiling some salmon. The oven was being used within normal everyday use. It was on max broiler temperature of 550. The glass exploded and came out of the bottom onto the ground. I was barefoot and stepped on the glass as well as my dog. Seems like a major safety issue to me.. I reached out to the manufacturer chat and they told me the warranty was over and they would help me find a replacement glass, they didn’t even ask if everything was ok or if anyone got hurt or comment on them being concerned their product exploded within normal use..
