The product, in the report: Sears Kenmore 30” Electric Range drop in model, black, dimension: 30” width x 21” depth x 29” height

Kenmore 30” drop-in smooth top range. 1. Left two burners couldn’t be turned off when knobs were at “off” setting. It happened about 6 times a month, starting from about 5 years ago. I usually could manage the knob to stop the burner from heating up totally. 2. Sometimes left front burner got too hot than the level I set for cooking and caused food burnt even I was just nearby preparing food to cook. Today, April 1, 2025, the front left burner wouldn’t shut off no matter how I tried, we ended up running to the power panel to shut the range off to cool it off. 3. The front right big burner has two functions: single (the smaller diameter burner which size is equal to the back small burner size), and dual (the inner small burner size plus outer rings burners make a big burner size equal to the left big burner). When we turned on the dual function, we noticed the outer ring turned on only, but the inner small burner not on. However, when we turned on the single function, the small burner was working, and kept on.
