The product, in the report: Perfect sleeve ironing assistant Made out of steel, 22.5 x 5.75 x 0.2 inches, magnetic clip Model TPSLE295 UPC 1935800942

Bought a product called “ perfect sleeve ironing assistant “ from the Amazon website. Set up my ironing board, iron and got this device out of storage and released product from the magnetic clip that comes from it. The product sprung back with violent, blunt force right to hitting one of my eye balls and was so sudden I had no chance to close my eye. My eye was really sore, bled internally ( my eye ball was red ) and I was in a lot of pain for days. Contacted the manufacturer and let them know of the problem. They apologized and got my money back right away and said there was no need for me to return the item. I’m upset that I had to visit a doctor and they didn’t do nothing to solve the problem other than return the 15.03 I spent on the device. This item is really dangerous, it whips with force when released from the magnetic clip. This item needs to be evaluated for safety concerns. I have pictures of what happened to my eye if requested.
