The product, in the report: Chi Steam Iron
Product - Chi Steam Iron, Date - 9/10/22, We have a Chi Steam Iron that we’ve been using for about 3 years. We plugged it in and turned it on. The iron was on for about 10 minutes when my daughter noticed there was fire shooting out of the top of the iron. My daughter unplugged the iron and called for help. We had to use a towel to try to smother the fire and took it outside. The fire was still burning so we had to use a fire extinguisher to put the fire out.
