The product, in the report: Element by vinotemp Single zone wine cooler Glass front door
My vinotemp 6’ tall wine cooler exploded causing front glass door to shatter entirely. Sudden explosion without environmental reasons such as hot cool contrast in a room or direct sunlight on the glass. Children were present and could have been hurt. Glass blew 20 feet away! Vinotemp gave no explanation and would not go beyond their one year warranty though I was only 6 months past. This is a $3,500 wine cooler and there should have been assistance on such a new refrigerator!

The product, in the report: vinotemp wine cooler model VT-TC328LX serial number 011005090031
this is against Vinotemp wine cooler. I Have wine cooler at my house. on one day the wine cooler was not cooling the beverages and I smelt some plastic burning.
