On Feb 4 2025 I purchased a brand new Thor refrigerator from Lowe’s store. On March 2d a technician from Thor came to set the refrigerator thermostat. End of March 2025 one glass shelf exploded. Thor refused to solve this problem. On Nivember 14th 2025 a second glass shelf exploded. Thor again refused to solve this safety issue
