Loud noise from the back, not cold both freezer and fridge and smell very bad from freezer. Samsung tech comes two times. 01/09/2023 second tech have contacted Samsung that the unit is high risk and unrepairable . Tech told us Samsung will contact us between 3-5 business days until now Samsung have not respond back.Costco tech support has contacted many times. Still No response back.
