The product, in the report: Red retro Frigidaire mini fridge 9 can

We purchased a red Frigidaire mini fridge that would get super hot during operation. I also received a recall notice from Amazon stating we needed to email our receipt to Curtis International. We did all of these things. They took a long time to respond. The product was subject to a safety recall due to fire risk. We disposed of the unit for safety reasons. The manufacturer is refusing to honor the recall unless we provide photos and a serial number of a hazardous product we were advised not to keep.
