The product, in the report: refrigerator
Caller is reporting that the refrigerator is leaking water to the floor which can cause someone to slip and fall. He stated that he assumes it is coming from the freezer. He stated that the unit is extremely cold to the touch but when he contacted the representative for the company they advised him that someone would contact him but no one did.
Caller stated that his issue has been ongoing after 2 days of purchase. He stated that a service technician came out and repair the unit, however, after he left he still had the problem. He has been trying to contact them but he is not able to get anyone to assist him. He stated that he does not know if the unit is new, used or rebuilt.
Caller feels that this refrigerator is unsafe.
