The product, in the report: Samsung 4 door flex refrigerator
There is a design defect in my Samsung Refrigerator that causes the coils to freeze over and it will not stay cold enough to keep food from going bad. It was constantly frosting and building up with ice which is what likely caused the cracks that they are also denying and also led to my entire cooling mechanism to bust so I now do not have a freezer, had to throw out a ton of food and they refuse to repair or provide some type of resolution for a fridge that I am being told is not repairable by an authorize Samsung technician who came out.
