The product, in the report: Dual Food Processor
Caller is reporting that her dual processor combo displays the same problem as the recall #17-050. Hazard:The food processor’s riveted blade can crack over time and small, metal pieces of the blade can break off into the processed food. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers.
Caller stated that she noticed that there was a crack on the blade about 6 years ago but she kept using it. She contacted the company but they did not assist her. She contact them again in 2016 when there was a recall but they advised that they could not assist her. She stated that there is another crack in the blade which she is concerned about.
Caller feels that this blade should be recalled.
