The product, in the report: Magimix Food Processor 3200XL in White. Purchased at Williams Sonoma
Food processor with 3 buttons - Stop, Auto, Pulse. Touching the Pulse button should turn the motor on while it’s pressed and do a fast off when released. Touching the pulse button on this unit can physically stick the button in the on position. Pressing stop won’t stop the blade motor. It’s repeatable. It can remain stuck in the on position when unplugged. When it’s plugged in again, AND the lids are installed the blade will start moving before any button was pressed. I was the user, this was the first day I owned the machine.
