The product, in the report: Little Pro Plus Cuisinart Food Processor
In December or 2016, I was using my Little Pro Plus Cuisinart Food processor. The cutting blade broke into the food. It broke at 2 of the 4 rivets.
I submitted this under the recall. 6 months later, I received a blade. It is for a full sized unit. I called and they told me, that it was too bad because I had evidently given them incorrect information and my unit was NOT under RECALL - even though it had broken it the exact manner that the recalled items were flawed. I was free to purchase a blade from them if I wished for $17.95.
