The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

No one hurt Made May 7, 2020, sent to the company May 19, 2020, published by CPSC Jun 3, 2020
The product, in the report: Cuisinart DLC 7 Super Pro
I have previously reported to you that the blade of my Cuisinart dlc7 Super Pro has a visible crack which can be felt to the touch. You choose to ignore my complaint. I contacted Cuisinart (Conair) and sent them pictures (which are available to you).. They sent a replacement blade which had the same defect. I contacted them again (another department) They did not state that the blades were not defective. They immediately said they would send another replacement blade. That blade arrived today and has the exact same defect as the other two blades. This blade is very dangerous, a crack, which extends from one blade to the other, is an indication of a defect. That defect can lead to the blade coming apart. You chose to ignore my previous notification, perhaps because no one had been injured, but it is only a matter of time.as these blades rotate at a high speed and are dangerous. If they come apart, only aplastic bowl in which they are contained, keeps them from the consumer.I have received three blades from Conair and they all have the same defect (a crack in a strategic location)..

Upon cleaning my blade, I discovered a crack in the housing that holds the blade. I fear that the blade will come out of the housing. I will no longer use this appliance.

The product, in the report: Cuisinart Dfp-14bcn, the base is silver and black, blade is off white with silver blades and rivets. Model: Cuisinart model dfp-14BCN
After 1 year of light use the blade of my Cuisinart Dfp-14bcn has cracked and lost a couple small pieces. Thankfully no lnow injuries have occurred but I only noticed after seeing the recall. Larger pieces were broken through and lose near most of the rivets on the blades. Injury was imminent.

The product, in the report: Blender DLC-7 Model. It has been used for years.
I heard about the recall, checked the blade for any discontinuity, and it appears damaged. My mother cooks a lot with it and I want to make sure she is given the proper blade before using it again.
