The product, in the report: Ninja Creami NC300Series Functions are ice cream, lite ice cream, Gelato, sorbet, smoothie bowl, milkshake & mix-in.
Ninja Creami I used the Creami on ice cream mode and then respin 2 times to cream a protein shake with PB powder & pudding powder that was frozen. I found plastic shards in my ice cream as I was eating it. Upon inspection, I found plastic shards wrapped around the blade as well. I rinsed the plastic pint container that came with the Creami and there were indented ridges from the blade. I noticed these ridges on a different container as well from a previous batch. I called Ninja the next day to report this and they suggested to use the machine again but that the batches need to thaw up to 2 hours before creaming. It does not say this anywhere on the machine nor is there a warning that plastic could end up in your dessert.
