The product, in the report: Maxi-Matic Juice Extractor Model TS-738. White.

I turned on my Maxi-Matic juiice extractor (E140383) Model TS-738, and it exploded. The metal grating element exploded through the plastic top of the machine immediately after the on button was pushed. There was plastic and metal shrapnel throughout the room, blood on my floor and wall, and suffered a deep cut to the back of my left hand.
