Hurt, no treatment Made Apr 10, 2019, sent to the company Apr 22, 2019, published by CPSC May 13, 2019
The product, in the report: Dimensions 15.94” x 8.07” x 15.94”
This morning 4/10/19 my wife and i where using the product. Bella 1000 juicer to make our juice its the 3rd time we use it and while putting sliced carrots inside , the top part of the juicer exploded broke in half sending pieces of sharp plastic and carrots flying everywhere one of them injuring my wife in the neck ... As you can seein the reviews on their website we are not the only ones that this happened to..there are several incidents recorded on the review section with pictures as evidence. This is a dangerous product that should not be on the market as the consequences of the product breaking and exploding like that could and have injured people like my wife.

No one hurt Made Dec 30, 2013, sent to the company Jan 7, 2014, published by CPSC Jan 23, 2014
The product, in the report: Bella 1000 watt High Power juice extractor
I bought the Bela Juicer for Christmas. Juiced the first glass with no issues. During juicing of the second glass, which included cranberries, lemon, orange (peeled), and a small knob of ginger, a large chunk of the plastic cover broke away and was shot towards the ceiling. It came from the top clear cover and was located on the opposite side of the dial. The piece of plastic was about 1 inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long, it hit the ceiling and then fell back down. This also caused pulp and residue to fly all over the walls and cabinets. If I had been standing on the opposite side, it could of flown and hit me in the face or a small child who is watching the juicer work. There was alot of velocity and force to break the plastic and send it flying to my 9 foot ceilings.
