Several of the interior finishes are coming off as water boils and the material is released into the water. My wife and I have been using the water warmer for more than a year and a half, consuming multiple cups per day. Last week we moved the water warmer into a new spot that is better lit and noticed the particulate in the water. Washed and sanitized it and filled it with fresh water and more particulate immediately released into the water.
