The product, in the report: Continental Electric Hot Pot Model CE23361
Text of Consumer’s message via email dated March 09, 2018:
Subject: Continental Electric Hot Pot Model CE23361
The Hot Pot apparently doesn’t have an auto shut off, as I almost burned it out of water.
The next time I used it, the water boiled, but drained out of the vent on the bottom all over the counter.
I bought this at WinCo two weeks ago and threw out the grocery receipt. However I have attached materials that came with the product.
This product does not appear to be SAFE or well designed.
It should be removed from the market place.
Sincerely,
[REDACTED]
