Hurt, no treatment Made Jan 1, 2026, sent to the company Jan 6, 2026, published by CPSC Jan 21, 2026
The product, in the report: It’s a 6 qt stainless steel manual slow cooker ([REDACTED]) with a removable ceramic crock liner. It has 3 heat settings: low, high and warm. It was purchased in August 2025 and had only been used twice before the bottom of the ceramic crock detached from the rest of the liner. I do not have the original box anymore but am including a photo of the box from Walmart’s website. They are still selling them.
The entire bottom of a ceramic [REDACTED] (manual slow cooker) separated from side wall of the crock as it was being lifted. It was full of hot stew and the bottom dropped out.
