The product, in the report: It is a Programmable Crock-Pot Stoneware Slow Cooker. The crockpot is removable from the heating unit. It has a glass lid with a black plastic handle.
The plastic handle on the glass lid of the crockpot broke off while being (hand) washed. That caused the glass lid to fall into the sink rack. If this would happen while using the crockpot, the glass lid could fall and break into the food in the crockpot. Or splash scalding liquid on the person using it. If it fell on your foot it could cut, or break a toe.
