The product, in the report: SEB/All-Clad SERIE SC04 Slow Cooker.
Slow cooker insert has bubbled and peeling. This is the second insert as the first had the same issue and All-Clad replaced. We have been calling repeatedly the past 2 years talking to Williams Sonoma (where was originally purchased) and All-Clad without resolve to obtain a replacement. Would certainly not want the non-stick coating ending up in food. All cleaning instructions were followed per manufacture recommendations, no metal utensils or abrasive cleansing brushes. Williams Sonoma’s website has some excellent pictures from others demonstrating the same issue, I have uploaded in PDF attachment with this submission. This is the same issue we are having and not being able to resolve with the company.
