No one hurt Made Jan 19, 2017, sent to the company Feb 15, 2017, published by CPSC Mar 9, 2017
The product, in the report: Black and silver The Fast and Slow cooker.
We purchased the slow cooker a couple years ago. The first one exploded for the first time use. Then the vendor replaced an other item. We rarely use this cooker due to the scary experience. Last week, my husband used it to make beans, and the cooker does not function as pressure cooker as one of selected function. And the steam got in the display panel. While we cleaned the item after use, one button failed off.
