The product, in the report: Beautiful by Drew Barrymore 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker in Rose color. Its a digital slow cooker with gold handles and a digital display on the front showing temperature and cooking modes (braise, simmer, steam, rice, slow cook, etc.). The product overheated and burned the bottom during normal use.
I purchased a Beautiful by Drew Barrymore 6-Quart Slow Cooker (Rose) from Walmart.com. During normal use, the unit overheated and caused severe burning on the bottom of the cooker. It became extremely hot to the touch and emitted a burning smell, creating a clear fire hazard.
I contacted the manufacturer (Made by Gather) under Warranty Ticket #[REDACTED] and sent multiple emails (over 12 messages). They refused to send a replacement, claiming no inventory, even though the same model is still sold on Walmart.com and [REDACTED].
I have stopped using the product because I believe it poses a safety risk for fire or burns. Photos, email correspondence, and proof of purchase are available.

Purchased a new Beautiful 6qt [REDACTED] in green. Plugged it in to use for the first time and within a minute it started to smoke at the bottom where the wiring was. Immediately unplugged it and took it outside
