The product, in the report: medium duty commercial duty NSF certified microwave
The microwave plug ground pin came out of the plug after 2 months of use. We bought two. They are unplugged nightly so that cords and service area can be properly sanitized. I cut the plug from the cord (to prevent our end users from trying to cook with it) and contacted the mfr. I was told I had to have the old plug, and that by cutting it off, I have altered the product (?) and because I threw away the plug, they are unwilling to even look into it. The ground pin on the second unit is ready to fall off as well. I asked for a part number so that I could replace the cord (I am a Master Certified CFESA tech) and was told there are NO parts available.
