The product, in the report: Over the Range Hood Microwave Oven
Tonight while using my LG lmv1683sb microwave oven. I noticed something black dripping from the top plastic plate inside the microwave. Not thinking much of it I wiped it down and continued. After about 30 seconds I noticed flames coming from that same spot. I stopped the microwave and after waiting until I felt it safe to open the microwave I saw a hole in that place from the drip and the flames. This was very terrifying, my home could have burn down and being disabled may not have noticed in time. Because of fire being inside of microwave my smoke alarm didn’t go off.
