The product, in the report: Kool More microwave drawer model KM-MD-1SS
This is a KoolMore microwave drawer model KM-MD-1SS. My wife was using the microwave and notice arcing from the inside back right side. There were no injuries associated with the use. The manufacturer indicated the arcing is caused by sparks at the roller wheel position of the drawer, they recommend that we replace the unit.
