The product, in the report: Ewave over the stove microwave oven

The Ewave over the stove microwave oven caught fire while not in use.

The oven began cracking and popping as it caught fire. There was nothing in the oven at the time it caught fire. The fire melted the oven, burnt the three cabinets that surround the oven and caused smoke damage throughout the house.

A fire investigator hired by the insurance company showed us where the fire started, behind the touch pad.
