The product, in the report: GE Café Microwave - Model CVM2072SM1SS

GE Café Microwave turned itself on and running at high power without being touched. I happened to be in the kitchen when this happened. This model has had numerous complaints about the touch pad failing and it appears mine is failing once again only more dangerous this time. Original touch pad failed within 2 years of purchase but didn’t turn itself on like this replacement pad did.
