  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: Breville Stainless Steel Microwave, 1250W,

This is a Brevile Microwave, model number BMO850BSS, Serial Number 340B38499010A281200179, Batch Number 2041, and sent as a replacement to a previous model in April 2021.

The microwave is running without pushing any buttons or starting the device. This is a replacement sent in April 2021 after an other defective unit was purchased. Today, the device ran for about 15 minutes before we realized it was on and the microwave was set to a time of 1 hour. I noticed this starting to happen last week but thought that it had been accidentally set but now we know the device is defective and is a danger now. It has been unplugged.

But this has happened repeatedly over the last week. Furthermore, one time it was set to be on for 1 minute and it ran past the 1 minute time frame and continued to run before I realized this had happened.
