Hello. I bought a microwave from the Beautiful brand by Drew Barrymore from Walmart about 2.5 years ago. The company that manufactures the microwave is called Galanz Americas; After only 2.5 years, the microwave has completely rusted inside.
I feel that a microwave that has rusted after only 2.5 years is a huge health risk and the either the microwaves should be recalled or an investigation should be done on this company. Again, a microwave should not rust after 2.5 years. The manufacturer part number and model for this product is BTFCMS811WEST10 . The manufacturer is GUANDGDONG GALANZ.
