The product, in the report: Woods freezer upright

The freezer was not freezing or defrosting right everything in it has ruined . It was running but not cooling as it should .My husband who is a HVAC service tech went to look at the coil and he got shocked due to the defrost heater element being exposed the glass around it had busted I’m really lucky the glass sliced my finger but it wasn’t deep . He is ok but it shouldn’t have shocked him . I went online to try and order one and realized I couldn’t because it had been recalled so now due to a recall I lost a freezer full of food and he got shocked and if you call the number there is nothing they can do because Woods went out of business .
