The product, in the report: Hotpoint 5 cubic foot freezer Model HHM55MAWW
We purchased a HotPoint/GE deep freezer in January this year. It has a one year warranty and has not been misused or abused. The product has begun leaking flammable refrigerant and neither the manufactuer or the retailer will honor the warranty. Moreover, they refuse to provide us guidance on how to insure our safety. My family includes my five year old daughter and my seven months pregnant wife.
