The product, in the report: Xsteam Travel Edition. Website on box is www.steamandgo.com. Dimensions are 8 x 3.2 x 3.8 inches. Weight is 12.8 ounces. Looks like a small iron but is made of plastic and comes with an electrical plug-in cord. The unit is hollow inside and hold water that makes the steam.
I bought a Xsteam, a portable steamer iron for clothes. It’s purpose is to steam clothes rather than flat iron them. With the clothing item in a vertical position, the steam is to get rid of wrinkles. I bought the item on 10/17/16. On 12/1/16 I used the Xsteam for the 2nd or 3rd time. I made sure to carefully follow the instructions exactly. As I am using the Xsteam I got a very strong electrical shock and immediately, out of automatic reflect, dropped the Xsteam out of my hand.
