The product, in the report: J-2 Jiffy Garment Steamer with Plastic Steam Head, 120 Volt
I have the J-2 Jiffy Garment Steamer with Plastic Steam Head, 120 Volt. And my 15 Month Old son recently got 2nd degree burns all over his hand after walking up and touching the exposed brass piece that attaches the hose to the steamer. (The steamer was on) Within a matter of 1-2 seconds (before anyone had a chance to stop him) this happened. We rushed him to the emergency room and made many trips back and forth to the burn center all because of this one split second accident. There seriously needs to be some sort of safety covering/attachment for the exposed brass piece that reaches temperatures high enough to give 2nd degree burns in 1 second. This product caused me to have one of the worst days of my life and many difficult days following. This is a SERIOUS safety issue.
