The product, in the report: AICOK Garment Steamer , black,

On February 25,2026 in [REDACTED], I sustained second-degree burns from an AICOK Garment Steamer, Model ST-0802 (110120V, 800900W).

The product was being used for normal household garment steaming when it unexpectedly released excessive steam and/or hot water without warning. The unit had been in use for approximately five minutes and was filled according to instructions. There were no visible defects prior to operation.

The sudden release of steam resulted in burns to my breast and upper abdominal area. I sought immediate medical treatment at an urgent care facility. The burns were diagnosed as second-degree with possible scarring, and prescription antibiotics were provided.

Medical documentation from [REDACTED] Urgent Care and photographs of both the product and the injury are being included with this report to support the details provided.

The product has been preserved in its post-incident condition and is available for inspection. This product presents a serious burn hazard and may pose a risk to other consumers.
