The product, in the report: Kitchen Garbage Disposal

I became aware of the recall about Kitchen Garbage Disposals yesterday and want to add the Model and Serial Number, I checked the list provided and it is not listed; it is a Kenmore Model Number 58770351410 Serial #2F401842S-59 On February 21, 2017 I was using the above appliance and heard a metal clanking sound, I turned it off, explored the unit and found a portion of a blade inside. A Sears technician came to my home the next day and discoverd two blades had broken off and could not be repaired. He placed an order for a replacament and per his information it was still under Warranty since it had been in use only 15 months. Since February when the incident occured I have made 6 telephone calls to Sears regarding the replacement, and as of yesterday was informed it had only a 12 month Warrenty. My patience resulted in no use of a disposal for nearly 8 weeks. I still have the metal portions of the blades from the appliance and the unit is still in the sink. I was not injured. Since this particular unit was not on your list I wanted to report it so it could be added. Hopefully I might receive a replacement.
