I have a toaster that will often not turn off on it’s own. It has a cancel button to manually stop the cooking process, which also does not work, leaving me to unplug the toaster to turn the heating element off. I have had food get very crispy, but have continued to use the product as I have lived alone and just knew the toaster required supervision. I recently added another person in my house and she was unaware of the toaster issue, resulting in smoldering toast and my desire to report the issue.
This product has been doing this for a few years, but I did not use the toaster frequently enough to be concerned with replacing it.
